can't save or load game

I can't save or load game. It shows my hard disk is full and need more space. But I have 100Go of free space. The game is installed in Disk C

Steps to Reproduce

- I removed and downloaded the game unless 3 time to try to fix the problem but it doesn't work

- I released more space but it's the same

- and my cloud save doesn't work also

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try in our support document. It could be Controlled Folder Access, antivirus/security software, and backup software such as OneDrive.
