i installed the blueprints mod and i thought it didnt work but it actually did, instead of trying to use the mod i went to the workshop page and follow the steps of the common fixes, it told me to delete the files displayed in the screenshot and now i can't open the game please help

Steps to Reproduce
go steam app, then settings, storage, then 3 dots on the right upside of the screen, then browse folder
then go workshop, then content, and then delete 457140
