Can't load save file after murdering cryotank defrosted duplicant

Game crashes immediately every time I load from save file, even with all mods disabled.

Started after I murdered a defrosted duplicant. Really, I did him a favor; no one wants to live with -4 Athletics!

 - Defrost duplicant
 - Murder duplicant (lack of oxygen)
 - Bury duplicant
 - Deconstruct tombstone
 - Save Game
 - Load Game
 - Cry
