Can't get past my current cycle without the game crashing

Known Issue

I have no idea what's causing it, I've sent two bug reports, but trying again here to be safe.

Steps to Reproduce

8380 Cycle 8418.sav

I don't do anything except load the game and it crashes before the next cycle.
