Can't empty 0.0 mass bottled gas/liquid

Deconstructing used vent, liquid vent, gas pump, liquid pump can result in a 0 mass bottled gas/liquid which can't be emptied or destroyed.

(reload clean up the 0 mass in buildings, but if you deconstructed a building with 0 mass before, than you get a bottle which can't be cleaned with reload)

Steps to Reproduce
Build a vent or liquid vent or gas pump or liquid pump. Use it with any gas/liquid. Stop the income resource. Deconstruct the building.

This could be a mass so small that it shows up as 0, but is not actually absolute 0.

If it has even 1mcg mass then you can empty them so i doubt they have any mass.
