Can't Cook but can select SKILLS for cooking?

My Dupes with "Gastrophia"   -  Can't Cook.   But you can pick SKILLS to spend  related to cooking.

The only exception to this problem is  Researching  Yokel    is the path required to being an astronaut.     Plus getting Learning points actually benefits the dupe even if he can't research.    So  allowing dupes to take research skills is okay  even if he can't research maybe  say refuse to use Research station in the text.  Or reward the researching skill to be something scientist related instead. a scientist doesn't need to research.  he can still be  a scientist.
