Cannot Start Game

I can't run ONI.  It immediately crashes upon starting.  I have it installed on my laptop which is a dell precision 7530.  I was playing on it a month ago but now when booting up the game I am presented almost immediately with an error dialog:

Runtime Error!

Progam:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have tried deleting my ONI folder, reinstalling ONI, deleting steam and reinstalling it, restarting computer, checking and updating all drivers and windows to no avail.. No matter what I do I get this error.  I have also downloaded and installed C++ redistributable files multiple times, tried repairing them testing 2015 version  as well as 2017 version.  Literally nothing seems to make a difference.

Ive checked the log files and all I see in there is this:

Initialize engine version: 2018.2.20f1 (cef3e6c0c622)
GfxDevice: creating device client; threaded=1
Direct3D:
    Version:  Direct3D 11.0 [level 11.1]
    Renderer: NVIDIA Quadro P3200 (ID=0x1bbb)
    Vendor:
    VRAM:     6044 MB
    Driver:   25.21.14.1917
Begin MonoManager ReloadAssembly
- Completed reload, in  0.089 seconds
<RI> Initializing input.
<RI> Input initialized.

Nothing seems to be helpful.  I will attach my dxdiag file as well.  Help please!

Steps to Reproduce
Install the game. Start it.

You´ve done already everything one would advice to do in such a case... The only thing i can think of, besides a bug in ONI of course, would be your GPU. The Quadros are not meant to be a gaming-GPU, and because of that, there may be a driver-issue.

But because this PC is a laptop, there is no way of changing the GPU and test it...

Its an Intel CPU, and i looked it up, it has an integrated GPU. Are you able to switch to this for testing? Its hell of crap thing, but if the game starts at least you know where to look for a solution.

@SharraShimada Holy lord it works with the integrated GPU.   I never even thought to test that because it seemed so outrageous.  I know the Quadro is not specifically a gaming GPU but it should have NO problem handling this game shouldn't it?  I also own Don't Starve and Don't Starve Together two Klei games which run phenomenally on this laptop with the Quadro GPU.  In fact I was just at a LAN where I was running games like PUBG, Apex and older games like AOE2 and Warcraft 3 and of course Dont Starve all without any problems.

It soooo weird to me that I'm forced to use my integrated GPU for this!  Maybe there is a bug with how ONI handles the graphics related to Quadro card architecture.  Looks like the log file on my NVidia dies before the line unloading near the top. It must be there that something is happening with how some sort of thread is terminated.  I'm no Graphics programmer though so who knows.  Hoping this might get fixed... we'll see how far I can get with the integrated for now.

Okay, now we have at least found the culprint. The Question here is, is it ONI/Unity doind something wrong, or is it the quadro-driver, doing something different.

Yes but I have no idea how to single that out.  I double checked to make sure I had the latest driver and I do... so not sure what else I can do.
