cannot see items and characters

i have tried uninstalled the language pack and the whole game and reinstalled it. the outcome are identical. None of the character or the item or the loots are visible.

and another interesting fact is that the minions or the characters are not even visible at the selection stage.

You seem to be using a translation from the steam workshop. I assume this is the source of your problem.

 

Your post says you are using the live branch (outbreak upgrade OU), not the oil preview. Some translations have been released for the oil preview, and you are likely using an oil preview translation for the live game...which is likely causing the issue.

thanks for your idea. but i doubt that the language pack should be the reason since at the first enter in the game i encountered this issue already. i have attached the screen shot after i removed all the translation pack.

And i am new to this game, i don't quite understand what is live branch here and what is the "oil preview". there is a build nr.: OU- 234130
