Cannot plant after uprooting from hydroponic farm

It's not only hydroponic. It seems like the game decides which plant it wants to be planted 

 

 

1. Choose plant.

2. unselect farm.

3. select farm again.

4. button unsealed.

I mean...

I would guess it has something to do with mutations because in my normal playthrough it gets unstuck when I select what seed to put (original or mutant) but in this random sandbox save, it doesn't want to select the plant

you can deconstruct and reconstruct the farm tile, but i mean, nobody likes manual and lengthy labor, and it sometimes doesn't work

I had this problem with the normal farm tiles as well.
