this glitch has persisted with 3 redownloads and started when the sweet dreams update came out and worked on the previous build in the beta section of steam

According to your log worldgen is successful but based on your video it returns to the main menu. Could you try without mods and let me know it still happens? Do you have a controller plugged in?
