If you build a solar panel before building wires where they need to go you can no longer put heavy wires into the solar panels. Since they are power producers it contradicts the behavior of all other power producers (since you can run heavy watt from them to batteries or other things).
If you lay out the heavy watt cables before placing the solar panel, however, it allows them to work.
