Cancelling pipe build that is through a (POI) glass tile leaves resources inside the glass tile.

I was building a pipe run through one of the Teleporter POI's. I cancelled the build and the resources are hovering inside (behind) the glass tile.
The resources are marked for sweep in the screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce

- Plan a build of liquid pipe (I presume also gas pipe, electrical wire, automation wire and conveyor rail) through (behind) one of the POI glass tiles.
- Wait for material delivery
- cancel the build before it is completed.
