Can not give dupies skillpoints

Hello,

it seems like my starter dupies don't want to do what they were selected for.

Their main expertise is grayed out and i can't seem to find a reason why. Happened to 2 out of 3 starter dupies, miner and builder. Researcher doesn't have the same problem.

Steps to Reproduce
gained a skillpoint for started dupies
Go to bugs

Galactic Spacestation was first where i had it, i tried to give Nisbet and Gossmann other skill first but they obviously have other priority which is gray and tooltip why i can't spend the skillpoint there is missing.

At Plagued Trainwreck is Nisbet the troublemaker again, she refuses to let me spend the skillpoint on Improved Contruction III
