Calorie rate from eating is tick rate dependent

Coolthulhu
  • Branch: Preview Branch Version: Windows Pending

When the game tick rate slows down due to hardware not keeping up with game speed, duplicant "heartbeat" (rate of updating stats) and eating rate become inconsistent.

A duplicant eating during heavy slowdown can gain as little as 50% of the calories in the food. The "calories consumed" will display the amount of food consumed, but the current calories will not gain as much.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a lot of things happening at once, to slow down animations and tick rate. 2. Have a dupe eat something. 3. Measure the calories from the start of eating to the end.
