Buried object in oxygen block

Hey Guys

Not sure how to reproduce this one, I just glanced up and noticed an extreme oddity.  A completely freed oxygen tile with a 'buried' object still in it.

No crash.  No way to interact with it.  Haven't tried building back over it and deconstructing... will give that a shot momentarily.

Sorry, I'm not sure what led to it in the first place...

On quit / load, the 'buried' object, in this case algae, was already freed on the load, and fell to the ground to be picked up.

No other odd behavior noticed.
