Buildings always use bottom pixel row to determine light (linux-specific)

As can clearly be seen, bottom row of on-screen lighting (bloom and rays, not tile-based) stretches throughout the whole screen vertically, affecting non-tile buildings and debris. The issue exists under normal conditions as well, but is much less pronounced. However stripes from rays can usually still be seen. Steps to Reproduce

Run Linux-native version (not via proton).

Make sure such a ray touches the bottom of the screen and observe the buildings above it. Stripes from rays are best observed when moving the view. Attached save file is the test world with a shine bug reactor.
