I didn't see this issue on the pinned Known Issues List, but feel free to consolidate this post if necessary. Side note, this play session is the same as the one in my other posted bugs around this time.
Building UI worked fine for me before the October 5th update, but since then some plumbing and progress UI seemed to disappear. For example, I was setting down a new carbon filter and it didn't indicate where the intake and output was, so I had to check the plumbing overlay afterward, cancel the build, and rotate the building. Also, as duplicants are working on building or operating things, their progress bar sometimes disappears. This has happened on the supercomputer and on building tasks at the very least, and the progress bars would sometimes reappear randomly. I didn't have problems with either of these issues before the recent update.
Solution: Make buildings always display their progress bars when being used/built, as well as always show plumbing ports when placing a new building with plumbing.
Mac specs:
MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021), Apple M1 Pro chip, 16 GB memory, macOS Monterey version 12.0.1 (21A559)
Player log attached, but since I did a save/load I also included my Player-prev log.
1. Create a supercomputer and have a duplicant use it
2. Begin to place down a carbon filter
3. Observe the missing UI
