Bugged fog of war

Just to the south east of the start on this world, there was a POI with a security door.  After opening the security door there was a vending machine and table inside.  I finally got around to trying to demolish it to make room for other things, and there is ONE tile of bugged fog of war that won't go away so I can clear that tile.  See pictures for tile and seed.
