Bugged colony achievements

On release test branch, the “Outdoor Renovations” achievement and the “Totally Tubular” achievement are accomplished without meeting the requirements.

Steps to Reproduce
Start new colony, Do not build outside of starting biome, and you will get “Outdoor renovations” as for the Totally Tubular achievement! I have no idea what caused it to be completed

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

"Totally Tubular" is achieved by logging into a colony that is in any of the new world gens.  So, to get Totally tubular, play for a cycle, quit the game, then resume game.
