Bug: No Saved Power in Batteries after reloading a save

I saved my game and reload the save and no power. I purposed did it to make sure before posting this.

Steps to Reproduce
Reload save file.
Go to bugs

Just did a quick test and found that power was being stored in the batteries as expected.
Even checked the save in a hex editor. It's all in there.
