Broken Piping

I will linkthe video of all the attempts to fix this i made here.

Basics is that i tried to pump water adn a clearly accesable pipe was not reachable for a long time.  then the pipes i made were still doing the 10x water waste from before because they use 10kg of water to do a 1kg task and the rest vanishes.  THEN the big fun was that after making each chance another piece of pipe/pump/valve/electrolyzed/vent jsut broke.   near the end i start trying to just find the bug or clarify it but removing and replacing items that are broken and in some cases it starts them at least partially working again.  Lots more can be seen here and i will atttach the save file to help you guys sort it out

Pipes Bug report for KLEI.sav

Steps to Reproduce
the video shows the steps i took to cross each separate issue. The Save file should allow you to try for yourself and the video shows what was going on while i had each issue and tried to fix it.

User Feedback

I haven't a clue what bug you're trying to report here.

I see no pipes breaking from state changes. I see no polluted water.
I see nothing exploding out of existence.

I would be making a note of destruction of water from your feedback loop if pumps weren't fixed in TU.

Not sure i follow your reply.  I don't think i mentioned polluted water.  nor exploding pipes.  i DID say they are broken, as in not working.  multiple times i removed a vent or pipe etc. , and replaced it immediately with an identical one and it worked.  Electolyzer  was still wasting 9/10 ths of the water piping into it and so was the valve.  there is plenty more in there.  hope someone of it it useful to whomever is actually responsible for bug fixing.

You're going to have to explain this 9/10 of the water thing.
Have you turned off the pumps and watched the mass that was moving?

for sure.  this 9/10th thing is not a new issue there are lots of videos out about it.  Basically the pump puts out a 10K "flow" into the pipe.  when it reaches a location that uses water, for example a pressure valve or a electrolyzer, the 10KG amount is fed into the machine and it does its job.  the electrolyzer will produce the gas and then draw more water.  the issue however is that the job it does only take 1K water to complete.  when it finishes using the 1K of water it asks for more water drawing another 10K pipe full of water in.  so its pulling 10 K per action that is said to be a 1K need.  then the remaining 9K is "lost" it would seam to nothing.  long runs of these machines will very rapidly drain water supplies.  there are work arounds like having water vests reduce the flow before the water gets to your electrolyzers.  The presure value implies that its designed for this exact purpose but the same trouble happens. it intakes 10K water per "tick" and outputs 1K water per "tick'.  again the 9/10th water waste.

well well well ... that's news!  so the pump when ON is not actually putting out 10K water but rather ... topping up the nearest pipe to a max of 10K ?

well if so that addresses part of the issues i had there.
