Broken heat transfer

Cooling loops running through aquatuners appear to not be transferring heat properly. Loops that worked prior are no longer dumping heat into the area around the aquatuner/cooling area. Although the liquid coming out still reads that it's dropped by the 15 degrees, it doesn't cool anything and the environment merely gathers more heat or changes not at all despite the 'cooled' liquid's temperature changing.

Crude oil has a relatively low specific heat capacity, so its moving a pretty small amount of heat per blob, meanwhile the 2 igneous rock liquid bridges are transferring as much heat into the heat exchange block as all the crude oil is absorbing resulting in the appearance that the crude oil isn't transferring any heat.
