When clicking the bottle opener menu (to get to what type of liquids I want to empty) it just shows the element filter menu and I cant click on all, only "sweep only". There's no other options, Ive clicked and reclicked several times.

Steps to Reproduce

Open game, build bottle emptier, click on it to open menu.

Go to bugs

it is because you have no any liquids discovered. It make small sense to show all liquids in a list, if you have no liquids.

However, when you use gas filter, or water filter, all liquids present.
