While using the plumbing overlay, the bottle filler building still appears in front of pipes - obscuring liquid flows.

Run pipes behind bottle filler building.

Go to bugs

Changed Status to Dupe
Let's track it here. A partial fix is already live on the public testing branch but the door layering needs more work.
