blocking duplicates

Good morning, comment that in some moments the duplicators are blocked
for no apparent reason see you forced to move them manually to solve 
the failure, if not the duplicators are standing indefinitely.

I have seen this as well.  

I'll find Leira or Mi Ma standing still, in some portion of a work animation sans the gun.  when I select them I can see they have a duty (Construction Delivery for example).  In order to get them actually moving again I've had to move them at least one tile.

I have not noticed a trend on the duty assignment yet.
