So, while attempting a Bionic Only run, I ran into a slight issue. Being the first time, I did not realize most of the requirements and I went with 2x digger boosters and 1x construction boosts. While that was fine, it wasn't until I got to some of the later buildings that I realized a slight issue. In order to get other advanced boosters via the Soldering Station, I need a dupe with Electrical Engineering Booster installed, but that is the building that makes them. And I got 0 other bionics in that past 6 prints (I've only taking care packages or rejected, as I'm going for the achievement).
Having a building requirement be one of the things it makes seems like a bad idea.
Start a game with 3 bionic duplicates without the Electrical Engineering booster, play until you place your first Soldering Station. Presuming you did not get either a bionic dupe print (seems highly unlikely to get any!) nor an actual Electrical Engineering booster print (I got a construction one, so I figure this is possible), then you're stuck because you cannot use the Soldering Station.
