Bionic dupes not listed on Pneumatic door permissions

I started a new save using a seed from a save created before the recent QoL update. The new save was created in an install with all DLCs installed, game updated as of November 25 2025. 

On cycle 2, 2 standard dupes and 1 bionic, when I click the door to set access permissions, there is no section for Bionics, there only dupes listed are my two standard dupes.

Edit: I went back through the steps to reproduce below, except this time adding the Frosty pack to the mix, and now Bionics show on the door permissions. In my case, it seems that the issue is either not having all DLC selected when creating a new save, or just ensuring that Frosty is selected.


Steps to Reproduce
  • Use seed SNDST-C-1514750465-92ZA-1A-6W2 on a new "No Sweat" save
  • Spaced Out asteroid style
  • Enable Bionic, and Prehistoric packs
  • All traits except Biobot Builder
  • Select two standard dupes and one bionic
  • Build a pneumatic door, select the door; the bionic dupe is not listed on the door's access permissions

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I tried this again on a new save with the following changes:

  • Autogenerated seed instead of pasting in a seed from a past save
  • Added Biobot Builder trait and removed Hermit trait

Same behavior, with two standard dupes and one bionic, I don't see a section containing Bionic dupes on the pneumatic door permissions.
