If the only bathroom is setup inside of a medbay, duplicants will not use it and instead make a mess?

build a medbay and put your toilet in it
Go to bugs

Yes, because it is reserved for sick duplicants. This is intended for a quarantine. With this you can minimize the spreading of germs.

However, if its my only bathroom. The duplicant instead makes a mess and spreads more germs? Should still be able to bypass if its the only one available. Potentially giving your medbay purpose or defeating it all together.
