This has been in the game since jet suits were added...and it's going to bug me until the end of time.
The game will occasionally generate jet dupes with no hair on the title screen:

I'd also like to point out that their suits are still from the temp version way back when it was first being implemented, when they still had the Atmosuit's torso thingy.
I know that this is an astronomically minor thing...but it just irks me, and it wouldn't take much to fix the jet suit.
