Automation: Buffer/Filter gate - it is possible to enter decimal number (e.g. 2.3 s) with the slider but not by manual entry.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a Buffer or Filter gate. Move the slider with a mouse, notice its granularity is 0.1 s. Enter a value manually, notice it gets rounded to nearest whole number.

I see this also on my Buffer gates. The only number that you can enter as decimal is 0.1, but that is because you cannot enter 0. Interesting.
