Automatic Dispensers Ignore Priority Level of Storage Bins

Recently discovered my 30t of -30C ice storage in my fish tank.  It seems that the automatic dispenser I use for small quantities of ice disposal does not respect the priority of standard storage bins.

Please correct auto-dispensers to act like conveyor loaders, which will not ignore storage bin priority.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a storage bin and fill with any solid element.

Create an automatic dispenser and set the priority to the same or lower priority as the storage bin.

Assign the element stored in the first bin to the dispenser.

Watch dupes ignore priority of the storage bin and start filling the dispenser from the bin.
