Auto-sweeper not picking up items in a refrigerator

So my auto-sweeper isn't taking items from my refrigerator

 

Here is my auto-sweeper. As you can see, my fridge and conveyor loader are in range

my fridge is stocked with gristle berries

and my loader is can have gristle berries

my loader is connected to a receptacle (line on the right)

the fridge and receptacle are within range

but the fridge is still empty

I tried reloading it and it didn't work as well

I also read a post on the klei forms from 2 years ago, mentioning the same bug:

was this patched back in? or is there something wrong with my colony

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. have a conveyor loader and fridge in range of a auto-sweeper

2. put food in that fridge

3. have a receptacle connected to the loader it for a output

 

(sorry but mac is confusing and I could not provide a save file)
