When using auto bottle on a bottle emptier. If you have a pitcher pump in the same pool that the liquid is to empty into then the Duplicants will just keep pumping water just to dump it into the same pool of water.
Steps to Reproduce
Make a bottle emptier and a pitcher pump in the same water pool area then turn auto bottle on.
