Attack priority not being applied to critters

Attack priority is not being applied to critters. I set the attack priority to 8 and selected the critters (pips) on the ceiling to be attacked, but the priority is only 5.

Steps to Reproduce

Select attack (T)
Set priority to value other than 5 (say, 8)
Select critters to be attacked
Open priority overlay (P), note that critters are marked with priority 5 instead of priority 8
