AT-242372 Metal Refinery outputs bottled water

The water bottles are not in the list but dupes still pick them up and put them in the water emptier. Water duplication. It might be couse the output is cloged so it dumps it as bottles, but water still in Refinery inventory for output.

Steps to Reproduce
Clog the output.
Go to bugs

I have the same problem. Also it seems to have a weird issue with temperature as well. Every time it will output water with hotter and hotter temperature.

For example: water intake 10c, after refining one chunk of metal output will be lets say 30c, next time it will be 50c then 70c and so on, instead of input water temp + extra heat from refining.

I can reproduce it by queuing up multiple refine tasks.
