New Metal Refinery set for continuous production of Wolframite cause newly saved games to crash on load.
Steps to Reproduce
Load attached save game, unpause, set Refinery to continuous production of Wolframite, save game, load newly saved game. All new saves (including auto) will crash on load if Wolframite still placed in production.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
