Doesn't happen too much but there are times were I'll have a priority 8 or 9 on a certain thing/item and the will ignore it. It only happens above priority 7 and its a hit or miss when it does happen.
Steps to Reproduce
Set up priority 8 or 9 on an item/thing and see if dup will do it/get it done.
