Animals do not use the apartment for animals (including flying and floating ones), although all conditions are met

Ran into the same problem just now. Disabling and re-enabling any one of the condos fixed it for all existing critter condos in my case (I have several of all types; enabling/disabling a critter condo for sweetles made the moos, pufts, and pacu use their condos again as well. This is on a save imported into the latest version from the pre-beta release. Both DLCs enabled.)
