What's actually happening, is that opening the properties of any POI shows you the properties of the last item you checked them on.

Check properties of any building or item

Check properties of any space POI

See it's the same window

Go to bugs

Your last selection with your cursor was Tallow, which is why it shows up. But yeah, it's a non-issue
