Algae Terrarium and Water Sieve Crash

Known Issue

I noticed every time i build an Algae Terrarium and deliver water to it, the game crashes every time.

Was just building a water Sieve and it is a different crash, this one straight to desktop

Saves attached(sieve is being constructed)

There is not output_log file where there is suppose to be one.

i have a "SimDLL_CRASH_preview_348553_20190704-18.37.12" file in my ONI directory
