The animation shows it repeatedly opening and closing, it's stopped accepting slime and producing algae.
Steps to Reproduce
I had built it just barely out of range for an autosweeper. So I deconstructed it and built it one tile up to bring it in range, and after it was loaded with slime, the bug happened. Hope that helps!
