Algae Deoxydizer Problems

I've tried this in several games so maybe this is just my luck with my saves but I've never been able to get a duplicant to continue to fill up the algae deoxydizer. It says 0 Algae in the Contents area and I've watched all the duplicants run by it and they end up suffocating from lack of oxygen. Even going in debug mode and placing a new one yields no changes. I attached one of the saves with this issue down below.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a new game, get a set up an oxygen deoxydizer and set it's priority on 9, watch as no one refills it after a while.
Go to bugs

That save file is at cycle 1 for me, with dupes still in their usual starting position. Can you check and upload a new save?

Yeah. Another save where it happens here. It could honestly be my game side. I've seen it create problems before but when I restart and everything it doesn't fix.

This is an issue I see at least. I dunno, maybe its my side. Cause I've tried restarting and everything and no luck.
