Adding low priority build job above high priority build job on undug area makes H-Pr job "unreacheable", therefore messing build order

I don't know if this is really an issue or if this works as designed. Normally when you build ladders top to bottom you cannot reach the bottom end before the top end is build, so it would be logical for the dupes to build the top end first, no matter which priority it has.

It seems like you doesn't get it correctly. It's not about the build order of ladder tiles, it's about the "wire" job (HPr) become unavailable after adding" ladder" job (LPr) above. Just look at the picture.

It's absolutely not. Or else, what's the point in priority?
