At the moment, every scrollable object in the game automatically uses smooth scroll, because of my disabilities, this gives me headaches when I scroll, and instead of using my mouse wheel, I need to grab the tiny scrollbar instead.
The game should support turning of smooth scroll for accessibility reasons

1. Make a job board 2. Try to scroll 3. Notice the smooth scroll 4. Check settings for a setting to turn it of 5. fail to find it
