Access Restrictions that control directional movement though a door are imposed when the door is open. This also happens on both group and individual access rights.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a door, set it to open, and disable one or both of the directions using either group access or individual access rights. Affected dupes won't be able to go through the open door in the direction(s) not allowed as if the door was closed.
