Steps to Reproduce
Honestly not sure. The set up did have water constantly pouring down to that tile since that portion filled up with geyser water. The 3 gas tiles directly above it had 3 different gases, Hydrogen at 5 kg, Chlorine at 8 kg and Co2 at 1.7 kg. To check if it wasn't just an UI glitch I deleted all that portion and the liquid quickly spread out :p
