[A1-262109] Gas pipe T junction ignores one pipe input

This problem is still existing in A1-260921. I dismantled the T-junction to be sure and connected only the right side to the pipe, flow starts. Then adding the top pipe to the connection, the right side starves and only the top pipe feeds.
