Something is wrong with game :)

CPU and GPU goes UP when minimalized (Its 100% running 60FPS). When I pop into game, I have 60FPS few seconds then it drops to 30FPS and also GPu and CPU usage drops...

This must be made by game, because CPU and GPU have good temps and same speeds, so there is 100% no throttling.

I dont want to plaz on 30 FPS with huge input lag :(

Steps to Reproduce
Use some laptop with MX150 and i7 CPU
Go to bugs

Are you sure the FPS-display is updating fast enough? If not, it would display still 60FPS until it updates with new value.

When I maximilize game it stay on 60FPS for 1-2 seconds and then drop to 30FPS. So I am 100% it is running 60FPS on background.
