1 dupe among 9 can't reach a refrigerator through a door.

I've placed my refrigerator against a door so that anyone can reach the food within, but through door permissions only the cooks can actually enter the kitchen.  I have a single dupe - one of nine - who for some reason cannot retrieve food from the refrigerator unless I grant him permission to enter the kitchen.  Here is a pic of the layout.
