Stinging eye(merchant debuff) causes Execute to target random enemies. That doesn't seem very intended. You don't choose who to execute, so you are forced to let them surrender or potentially kill targets that you don't want to kill.
Steps to Reproduce
Fight merchant. Rout merchant while having stinging eye. Use execute, but you see that there is no targeting option. The target is random.
